From Customers (Quote Requests)

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Address and postcode
  • Details about your plastering project

From Plasterers (Registration)

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Business name
  • Account credentials (passwords are securely hashed)

How We Use Your Data

Customer Data

Your contact details are used solely to connect you with a plasterer. Your details are shared only with the specific plasterer assigned to your enquiry. We do not sell your data to multiple tradespeople or third parties.

Plasterer Data

Your account information is used to manage your access to the platform and facilitate lead distribution.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

  • Legitimate interest: To connect customers with plasterers and operate our service
  • Consent: When you submit a quote request or register an account
  • Contract: To fulfil our service to registered plasterers

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with SHA-256. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Request data portability

Data Retention

Customer lead data is retained for 12 months after submission, then automatically deleted. Plasterer accounts are retained for the duration of your registration.

This website uses only essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
